Being a two-faced, schiziod, know-it-all-isn't easy but I like it

So, I'm a gemini.

I am a very gemy gemini too. I am the shyest outgoung flirtatious person you will probably ever meet. It is not my fault though. My parents who made good friends and a bad couple are really to blame.

My father Gerald (everyone calls him Joe) is a shy, mostly introverted, straight shooting intellectual. He was a boyscout and has had the same friends since he was in highschool. If you are one of my fathers friends, you will probably be his friend for the rest of his life, or have been since he was 14. He is very A to Z and emotionally repressed. He is quiet and laid back, believes in doing things with careful planning and dealing with issues with the utmost emtional detactment and logical disection. He is the type of guy that people thought was a hippie but wasn't... just too lazy to cut his hair. He is quietly loving and honorable and very focused on his commitments.

Now, my mother is very intelligent. Top 99f the country on the SATs type of Smart. Plus she has a keen sense of how to deal with people and knows how to bargain. She is the queen of people skills. She is social, flirtatious and her powerful personality is only in competion with her beauty. My mother was a lifeguard, sync swimmer, ballet dancer and head cheerleader, all while in highschool. She did catholic school and then worked in a stripclub. She is sexually free and wickedly sensual. She is the type of women guys see and instantly know is a powerhouse in the sack just by the vibe she gives off walking down the street. Her independace is fierce and her macho pride is on par with any mans. My mother ran her own business for 10 years during which time she also had her own amature dragracing car. It was called Maneater, the liscence plate said "So many men, so little time". She thrives in positions of power and is keen to accept leadership. Her loyalties lay with herself and those she trusts. Her trust is not given lightly and must be earned, even by her children. She is the girl in highschool who was not only beautiful, but smart, popular and inately powerful, a very obviously dangerous combo.

So, can you see how hard it is for me to be their kid. I am a perfect mesh of the two. My brother is just like Maria (my mom), his dad is a tool. My sister Shira, is a good combo of Maria and Jason (Shira's father). But nothing compares to the internal struggle I have going on. I am naturally shy, but have and uncontrollable erge to make everyone confortable and to flirt shamelessly. I am a social butterfly that just wants to crawl back into my cocoon.

The worst part is that if you know me well enough, you know how shy I am, but most people only see me for a little while and therefore they never think that I might be more sensitive than I look.

Oh well, it doesn't matter, what doesn't kill generally scars you, and I like scars.. they are great conversation starters.. even if I'm terrified to talk to you.
